If you reside in Europe, you will receive your customised quote within 3-6 hours of sending your enquiry. If you are living in another time zone it might take a bit longer, but maximum 24 hours.
This depends on many factors. For example, on the length of your text, the format of your original document, the deadline, etc. Usually I’m able to translate 2,000 words a day. My clients always appreciate my promptness and I always deliver on time, often also ahead of time.
If it gives you some additional peace of mind, I’m prepared to give you a test translation for up to 250 words free of charge. This can be returned within 48 hours.
Since each project is unique and different, I will provide you with a personalised quote. Usually it is £0.08 per source word but this might vary, depending on the length, the format of the original document, the level of difficulty, the deadline and other factors.
Additional charges of 20 % may apply for rush jobs or unsociable hours.
I accept payment in GBP, Euro and US-Dollars via PayPal or bank transfer.
